Refund policy
GENERAL INFORMATION
Normal wear and tear, which includes scratches and colour changes brought on by repeated usage, is not covered by the warranty.
Limited Warranty:
Unfortunately, due to hygienic, health, and safety concerns, we cannot guarantee these goods. This is the case unless we find that the item was delivered incorrectly or there were other exceptional circumstances, such as a manufacturing flaw. For hygienic reasons, there is no need to return the defective goods unless we requested them. Please give us the following information within 7 days of receiving the products if you think they were defective upon delivery.
- A photo of the defective product.
- A photo of the product's barcode, which can be seen on the little box it arrived in and verifies that it is part of our batch.
- Your original invoice or dispatch note, should include your order number and specify the item's brand and flavour.

Within 7 days of receiving your products, if these 3 things are supplied, we will credit your profile with reward points equal to the cost of the defective item.
Our customer support team may not be able to credit you the whole amount if you are unable to provide the three things listed above. Still, they may agree (at their discretion) to a partial credit, which will be for the item less any shipping you may have paid.
Returning Unwanted/Faulty item:
Our 14-day return policy is always in effect. Unfortunately, we would be unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 14 days have passed since your purchase. Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you got it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing. Please be aware that we are unable to cover any return postage costs you may incur after changing your mind about an item.
We are unable to change or cancel your purchase once it has been submitted for processing and payment since it has already been entered into the system to be dispatched. After receiving your order, get in touch with customer service to authorise a return and refund.
Opened disposable vapes cannot be exchanged/returned.
Before making a return, please get in touch with us for a return form. You can do this by emailing us at admin@vapeenterprise.co.uk. Once discussed, and a return is agreed upon, we will email you a returns form. Please enclose your full details, order number and billing address. Without these details, we cannot provide credit.
