Returns Policy
At Vape Enterprise, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return a product, please follow our guidelines below.
1.Eligibility for Return- Unopened and Unused Products: Products that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Exclusions: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or otherwise tampered with. E-liquids and disposables are also non-returnable unless faulty.
We take product quality seriously. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it for a replacement, repair, or refund. Verification of the defect may be required.
3. Return Process- Contact Customer Support: Before returning any item, reach out to our support team with your order number and product details.
- Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions. Returns without authorization may not be processed.
- Refunds: Approved returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item back at our facility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Exchanges: Exchanges may be arranged for eligible items, depending on availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be provided instead.
For non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. If a return is due to a fault with the product, we will cover the shipping costs.
6. Exceptions and Additional Notes- Clearance and Sale Items: Some discounted items may be final sale and ineligible for return. Please refer to individual product listings for details.
- Packaging and Condition: Returned items should be securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging.
